Terms and Conditions

Online Ordering

1. The online system will automatically allocate the best time slot for day of delivery, subject to the availability of goods. 

2. All orders required at least two (2) days in advance booking, excluding the day of your order.

3. For orders with larger quantities, please do contact us and make your booking at least three (3) days in advance, excluding the day of your order. 


Delivery

1. Minimum order of S$30.00 is required for delivery.

2. Delivery areas and fees:
 
• Within 1 kilometre from 8 Jalan Klapa, Singapore 199320 – FREE with a minimum purchase of S$30.00.

• Delivery to all other areas within Singapore – $16.00

• Delivery is not provided to restricted areas including Sentosa, all army camps, PSA ports and ferry points, Jurong Island and Airport Cargo Complex and Terminals.

3. We cannot promise an exact time of delivery but we endeavour to deliver within the selected timing.

4. In the event where there is no recipient at home/office to receive the goods, the delivery fee will still be charged, no refund will be made, and the goods will be disposed off.

5. Re-delivery due to wrong addresses provided or non-availability of the recipient will incur a re-delivery surcharge of S$16.00.

6. All products must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery.

7. Refusal to accept item/s by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.

8. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

9. No cancellation is allowed after the order has been confirmed.

10. All goods sold cannot be refunded or exchanged.

11. No delivery service for Chinese Lunar New Year period.

12. Kumoya reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter due to the perishable nature of our goods.


Store Collection

1. If orders are not collected on the appointed date, goods will be disposed prior to shop closing time.

2. There shall be no refund or demand for replacement of goods.

3. Customers are required to verify their order before leaving the store.

4. No cancellation is allowed after order has been confirmed.

5. All goods sold cannot be refunded or exchanged.

6. Kumoya reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter due to the perishable nature of our goods.


Special notes

1. Road safety of our drivers and all road users are of paramount importance. Delivery time could be affected due to weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen situations. We shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. All orders are subject to final acceptance by us. Confirmation via email or phone will be made to all successful orders.

3. We reserved the rights to refuse orders placed even after payment had been made. In this case, we shall refund or allow changes of collection date or time.

4. All goods purchased cannot be given or resold to any third-party vendors for reselling purposes.

5. Only fresh ingredients are used for our goods. For freshness, it is advisable to consume the goods on the same day of purchase and kept refrigerated, for no more than 1 day (24hours).

6. All our goods are freshly made daily. As such, certain flavours might be subject to while-stock-last availability.

7. We reserve the right to the final decision and no further correspondence will be entertained.

8. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual food presentation may vary. We reserve the right to change or substitute ingredients/decorations without prior notice.
